Abstract
A vessel console includes an upper console frame connected to a lower console frame by a first hinged connection configured in distal portions of the upper and lower console frames, a console steering chamber attached to a proximal portion of the upper console frame, a drop bracket connected to a proximal portion of the upper console frame by a second hinged connection, and a bracket rack configured to interface with and secure the drop bracket at multiple elevations. A method of retrofitting a floating vessel is also described.

A vessel console comprising:
- an upper console frame connected to a lower console frame by a first hinged connection configured in distal portions of the upper and lower console frames;
- a console steering chamber attached to a proximal portion of the upper console frame;
- a drop bracket connected to a proximal portion of the upper console frame by a second hinged connection;
- and
- a bracket rack configured to interface with and secure the drop bracket at a plurality of elevations.
