Abstract
A computer system for anti-fouling control for a marine structure, has processing circuitry to obtain potential shift data from a sensor monitoring a control piece mounted to a surface portion of the marine structure that is under the influence of bacterial film formation, wherein the control piece comprises metal being electrically isolated from the surface portion; determine an ultraviolet, UV, light control action based on the potential shift data, the UV light control action comprising one or more of an intensity indicator and an exposure period indicator; and control an UV light source mounted to the marine structure based on the UV light control action, the control causing the UV light source to emit UV light onto the control piece and the surface portion.

A computer system for anti-fouling control for a marine structure, the computer system comprising processing circuitry configured to:
- obtain potential shift data from a sensor, the sensor monitoring a control piece mounted to a surface portion of the marine structure that is under the influence of bacterial film formation, wherein the control piece comprises metal being electrically isolated from the surface portion;
- determine an ultraviolet, UV, light control action based on the potential shift data, the UV light control action comprising one or more of an intensity indicator and an exposure period indicator;
- and
- control an UV light source mounted to the marine structure based on the UV light control action, the control causing the UV light source to emit UV light onto the control piece and the surface portion.
A computer-implemented method for anti-fouling control of a marine structure, comprising:
- obtaining, by processing circuitry of a computer system, potential shift data from a sensor, the sensor monitoring a control piece mounted to a surface portion of the marine structure that is under the influence of bacterial film formation, wherein the control piece comprises metal being electrically isolated from the surface portion;
- determining, by the processing circuitry, an UV light control action based on the potential shift data, the UV light control action comprising one or more of an intensity indicator and an exposure period indicator;
- and
- controlling, by the processing circuitry, an UV light source mounted to the marine structure based on the UV light control action, the control causing the UV light source to emit UV light onto the control piece and the surface portion.
