Vehicle control apparatus and method thereof

A method performed by an apparatus for a vehicle, the apparatus comprising:

• activating at least one sensor of a plurality of sensors of the vehicle;
• determining, based on sensing data of the activated at least one sensor, that a warning condition associated with the vehicle is satisfied;
• generating image data associated with the warning condition;
• transmitting, to a node, the image data in real time, wherein the image data corresponds to an interior image of the vehicle;
• adjusting, based on a detected external environment of the vehicle, at least one configurable parameter associated with a warning signal indicating the warning condition;
• and
• outputting, based on the warning condition being satisfied and the at least one adjusted configurable parameter, the warning signal.

A vehicle comprising:

• a plurality of sensors comprising at least one first sensor configured to monitor an interior of the vehicle and at least one second sensor configured to monitor an exterior of the vehicle;
• a processor;
• and
• a memory storing at least one instruction that, when executed by the processor communicating with the memory, is configured to cause the vehicle to:
• control the at least one first sensor to monitor the interior of the vehicle,
• detect, based on the first sensor data associated with the interior of the vehicle, a potential occupant inside the vehicle,
• control the at least one second sensor to monitor the exterior of the vehicle,
• determine, based on the second sensor data associated with the exterior of the vehicle, an external condition of the vehicle,
• based on information associated with the detected potential occupant and the external condition, determine whether to generate a warning signal,
• adjust, based on the external condition of the vehicle, at least one of a visual or auditory form of the warning signal such that at least one of the potential occupant or the warning signal is perceivable under the external condition of the vehicle,
• store information associated with the warning signal, wherein the information associated with the warning signal comprises image data and timing information, and
• transmit the image data in real time to a remote device.
