Airbag device

Abstract

The present disclosure provides an airbag device, relating to the technical field of automotive passive safety devices. The airbag device comprises an airbag and a restraining member connected to the airbag, wherein the airbag has an initial state, an intermediate state, and a deployed state during the inflation process; wherein the restraining member is configured to restrain at least a portion of the airbag during the transition of the airbag from the initial state to the intermediate state, and to release the restraint on the airbag during the transition of the airbag from the intermediate state to the deployed state, thereby allowing the restrained portion of the airbag to deploy. This airbag device can control the deployment sequence of the airbag, thereby enhancing the protective performance of the airbag.
