Abstract
An air bag device includes an airbag cushion to be deployed in a shape covering a side and a front of an occupant, and a front tether connected to the airbag cushion and passing over an upper shoulder area of the occupant between the airbag cushion and a seat back, and to be deployed by being filled with gas at an interior thereof.

An air bag device comprising:
- an airbag cushion configured to be deployed in a shape covering a side and a front of an occupant;
- and
- a front tether connected to the airbag cushion and passing over an upper shoulder area of the occupant between the airbag cushion and a seat back, and configured to be deployed by being filled with gas at an interior thereof.
