Described herein are electric commercial vehicles and methods of servicing such vehicles. In some examples, an electric commercial vehicle comprises a body having a grill, a vehicle frame having frame rails, one battery pack positioned between the frame rails and proximate to the grill, and another battery pack stacked vertically with the first battery pack and also proximate to the grill, and a cooling system with two cooling modules and an airflow splitter. Both cooling modules are offset relative to the grill along at least the width direction. The airflow splitter is configured to split an inflow from the grill into two outflows, one for each cooling module. This vehicle configuration allows both battery packs to be serviced (e.g., removed from the vehicle) without breaking any fluidic couplings to the cooling modules.
