• the content control device including:
• a content output unit that outputs a content to a passenger seated on a seat of a vehicle;
• an output status acquisition unit that acquires an output status of the content being output by the content output unit;
• a communication unit that communicates with an external device of the vehicle to acquire the content;
• a communication state estimation unit that estimates a communication state of the communication unit;
• a content storage unit that stores the content acquired by the communication unit;
• and
• a notification unit that notifies the passenger of information related to the content, wherein
• the notification unit executes a notification step of varying a notification content depending on the output status of the content acquired by the output status acquisition unit and the communication state estimated by the communication state estimation unit.

A non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a content control program that causes a processor provided in a content control device arranged in a vehicle to function as:

• a content output unit that outputs a content to a passenger seated on a seat of the vehicle;
• an output status acquisition unit that acquires an output status of the content being output by the content output unit;
• a communication unit that communicates with an external device of the vehicle to acquire the content;
• a communication state estimation unit that estimates a communication state of the communication unit;
• a content storage unit that stores the content acquired by the communication unit;
• and
• a notification unit that notifies the passenger of information related to the content, wherein
• the notification unit varies a notification content depending on the output status of the content acquired by the output status acquisition unit and the communication state estimated by the communication state estimation unit.
