Article of Fabric or Cloth Having a Design Transferred from a Multiple-Layered Print Structure

An article of fabric having a transferred design produced by a process comprising:

• applying one or more release layer on a substrate using digital print method in a pre-set shape profile, co-extensive with a design formed in a print layer wherein the at least one or more release layer is adapted to receiving and release of at least one or more print layer;
• whereby, the release layer facilitates removal of the substrate;
• is printing with at least one print layer on the removable substrate using one digital ink-jet print method wherein the at least one print layer forms a design;
• wherein, at least one print layer comprising at least one opaque layer printed on the design co-extensive with release layer using one digital ink-jet print method;
• applying heat-sensitive adhesive layer to the opaque layer, co-extensive with the printed layer, whereby the adhesive layer conforms to the opaque layer, and whereby the at least one print layer, including the opaque layer, and the heat-sensitive adhesive layer are adapted to be separated from the removable substrate and for transfer of the design to a receptor.

An article of fabric having a transferred design produced by a process comprising:

• applying one or more release layer on a substrate using digital print method in a pre-set shape profile, co-extensive with a design formed in a print layer wherein the at least one or more release layer is adapted to receiving and release of at least one or more print layer;
• whereby, the release layer facilitates removal of the substrate;
• printing with at least one print layer on the removable substrate using one digital ink-jet print method wherein the at least one print layer forms a design;
• wherein, at least one print layer comprising at least one opaque layer printed on the design co-extensive with release layer using one digital ink-jet print method;
• and
• printing with heat-sensitive adhesive layer using one digital ink-jet print method on the opaque layer, co-extensive with the printed layer, whereby the adhesive layer conforms to the opaque layer, and whereby the at least one print layer, including the opaque layer, and the heat-sensitive adhesive layer are adapted to be separated from the removable substrate and for transfer of the design to a receptor.
