Abstract

A liquid ejecting head includes a nozzle that ejects liquid, in which the nozzle includes a first nozzle portion that ejects the liquid, the first nozzle portion includes a scalloped structure having a plurality of convex portions and a plurality of concave portions on a side surface along an ejection direction in which the liquid is ejected from the first nozzle portion, a wettable film having wettability is provided on at least one of the plurality of convex portions in the scalloped structure of the first nozzle portion, and wettability of the at least one convex portion is higher than wettability of a concave portion adjacent to the at least one convex portion in the ejection direction.
