Abstract
To achieve both the protection of an optical functional layer having a convex surface and the suppression of a decrease in function of the optical functional layer, provided is a laminate including: an optical functional layer including a first main surface and a second main surface facing each other, the first main surface having protrusions formed thereon; and a low-refractive index layer formed on the first main surface side of the optical functional layer, the low-refractive index layer having a refractive index of 1.30 or less, wherein the laminate has voids formed between the optical functional layer and the low-refractive index layer.
Claims10
A laminate, comprising:
- an optical functional layer including a first main surface and a second main surface facing each other, the first main surface having protrusions formed thereon;
- and
- a low-refractive index layer formed on a first main surface side of the optical functional layer, the low-refractive index layer having a refractive index of 1.30 or less,
- wherein the laminate has voids formed between the optical functional layer and the low-refractive index layer.
A method of producing a laminate, comprising:
- preparing an optical functional layer including a first main surface and a second main surface facing each other, the first main surface having protrusions formed thereon;
- forming a coating film of a material for forming a low-refractive index layer on the first main surface of the optical functional layer;
- and
- heating the coating film to form a low-refractive index layer having a refractive index of 1.30 or less,
- wherein the heating forms voids between the optical functional layer and the low-refractive index layer.
