In a structural-body molding method, first and second pre-pregs (11f, 11s) are set in a cavity (C) of a first mold (43) such that first and second carbon fibers (11b) of the first and second pre-pregs extend in first and second directions, respectively. The first and second pre-pregs overlap in a third direction that is orthogonal to the first and second directions. The first mold and a second mold (45) are clamped and the first and second pre-pregs are pressurized in the cavity to unite them. A needle (27) is pierced through an overlapping portion of the first and second pre-pregs to form a connecting hole (51a) therethrough. While the needle is piercing through, or has already pierced through, and is disposed in the connecting hole, an injection material (39) is injected into the cavity to join with the first and second-pregs and form a structural body (55).
