Abstract
A bumper element for a tool is disclosed. The bumper element has a bearing end face located at one end in the axial direction and a supporting end face located at the other end in the axial direction. At least one groove is provided on a circumferential surface between the supporting end face and the bearing end face to increase the surface area of the circumferential surface.
Claims13
A bumper element for a tool, comprising:
- a bearing end face located at one end of the bumper element in an axial direction;
- a supporting end face located at the other end of the bumper element in the axial direction, and
- a circumferential surface interposed between the supporting end face and the bearing end face,
- wherein at least one groove is provided on the circumferential surface and configured to increase a surface area of the circumferential surface.
