Solid metal material quickly soluble in water and preparation method therefor

A method for preparing a water-soluble solid metal material comprising the steps of:

• obtaining molten water-soluble metal material, the molten water-soluble metal material being in a container, wherein the container includes a bottom having an orifice plate, the orifice plate includes a plurality of orifices, and each orifice has a diameter between 0.6 and 2.5 millimeters;
• injecting through each orifice droplets of the molten water-soluble metal material into a cylindrical column filled with an inert gas, wherein the cylindrical column includes a bottom and each droplet freezes into a solid droplet while falling to the bottom;
• placing the solid droplets in another container, the other container holding a plurality of previously created solid droplets of the water-soluble metal material;
• and
• pelletizing each of the solid droplets.

A method for preparing a water-soluble solid metal material comprising the steps of:

• obtaining molten water-soluble metal material, the molten water-soluble metal material being in a container;
• injecting, by a nozzle in communication with the container, droplets of the molten water-soluble metal material into a different container filled with an inert gas, wherein the different container includes a bottom, a metal heater rotating disc positioned on the bottom, and the droplets fall on the metal heated rotating disc;
• flinging, by the metal heated rotating disc, each droplet into the inert gas, wherein each droplet, while flying through the inert gas, freezes into a solid droplet, the solid droplets each resembling a sphere;
• placing the solid droplets into another container holding a plurality of previously created solid droplets of the water-soluble metal material;
• and
• rotating or vibrating the different container.
