Abstract
The present disclosure aims to provide a chromatography column packing material, a chromatography column, a method for producing the chromatography column, a chromatography analysis apparatus, and an analysis method, suitable for separation of a mixture containing various analytes. A chromatography column packing material includes silica having a silanol group modified with a group represented by the following chemical formula (I):
Claims15
A chromatography column packing material, comprising:
- silica having a silanol group modified with a group represented by the following chemical formula (I):
- wherein in the chemical formula (I),
- R1 is a methylene group, optionally, at least one hydrogen atom of the methylene group being substituted with a substituent,
- m is an integer of 1 or more,
- n is 0 or a positive integer,
- X is a methyl group, a linear or branched alkyl group, an amino group, an amido group, a cyano group, an aryl group, an alkylaryl group, a carboxy group, or a carbamoyl group, optionally, at least one hydrogen atom of the linear or branched alkyl group, the amino group, the aryl group, the alkylaryl group, the carboxy group, or the carbamoyl group being substituted with a substituent,
- at least one of Y1 or Y2 is a hydrophilic group, the Y1 and the Y2 being identical to each other or different from each other, and
- * indicates a bonding position.
