Control method and exercise device

An exercise device, comprising a processor, a memory, a computer program, and a data bus, wherein the exercise device is a cable-based resistance exercise device, a cable of the exercise device is drivable by an electric motor;

• the computer program is stored on the memory and executable by the processor;
• the data bus is configured to realize connection and communication between the processor and the memory;
• and when the computer program is executed by the processor, a control method of the exercise device of is implemented, the method includes:
• obtaining an association between multimedia content and operating parameters of the exercise device, wherein the operating parameters include at least one of:
• a force output mode of the cable, an initial resistance of the cable, a target resistance matching with the cable when the cable is pulled to a preset distance, a resistance change mode of the cable, a number of cable pull repetitions, or a pulling distance of the cable;
• and
• determining, according to exercise data of a user within a period, a real-time operating parameter of the exercise device;
• and, determining, according to the real-time operating parameter and the association, a target multimedia file to be played.
