Abstract
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a neck strengthening system and method for exercising neck muscles. In a first embodiment, the neck strengthening system comprises a hat; a first end of a loop extending from a hat; a second end of a loop extending from a hat; and a loop material connecting the first end of the loop to the second end of the loop. In a second embodiment, the neck strengthening system comprises a hat, and two straps attached to the hat. The two straps have loops which may be coupled to weightlifting equipment allowing the user to wear the hat and exercise their neck using the weightlifting equipment.

A neck strengthening system, comprising:
- a. A hat;
- b. A first end of a loop extending from a hat;
- c. A second end of a loop extending from a hat;
- and
- d. A loop material connecting the first end of the loop to the second end of the loop.
A neck strengthening system, comprising:
- a. A hat;
- the hat configured to be worn on a user's head,
- b. A first strap;
- the first strap having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end being attached to the hat, the distal end adapted with a strap loop,
- c. A second strap;
- the second strap having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end being attached to the hat, the distal end adapted with a strap loop.
