An isolated guide RNA (gRNA) that targets a mutant Inosine Monophosphate Dehydrogenase 1 (IMPDH1) allele, wherein the gRNA comprises a CRISPR RNA (crRNA) comprising a nucleic acid sequence consisting of 17-20 nucleotides comprising at least 17 contiguous nucleotides set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
