Abstract
A virus-like structured nano-connector, the virus-like structured nano-connector is based on a hepatitis B virus core protein uniprot P03146 with a C-terminal nucleic acid-binding domain of positions 150-183 removed, and at least one of a spike region or an N-terminal of the hepatitis B virus core protein uniprot P03146 is inserted with a collagen-binding peptide (CBP) as shown in SEQ ID NO. 01.

A virus-like structured nano-connector, wherein:
- the virus-like structured nano-connector is based on a hepatitis B virus core protein uniprot P03146 with a C-terminal nucleic acid-binding domain removed, and at least one of a spike region or an N-terminal of the hepatitis B virus core protein uniprot P03146 is inserted with a collagen-binding peptide (CBP) as shown in SEQ ID NO. 01.
