Abstract
Isolated compounds, including a phosphorothioated oligodeoxynucleotide sequence conjugated to a short-activating RNA or an antisense oligonucleotide sequence, and compositions of such compounds, can be used in the treatment of cancer and autoimmune diseases, immune stimulation, activating CEBPA, and reducing activity of STAT transcription factor. Exemplary short-activating include CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein-α short-activating RNA, p21 short-activating RNA, and p53 short-activating RNA
Claims20
An isolated compound comprising a CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein-α short-activating RNA, a p21 short-activating RNA, or a p53 short-activating RNA conjugated to a phosphorothioated oligodeoxynucleotide of any one of SEQ ID NOS:
- 7-18, 29, 30, and 98-101.
An isolated compound comprising a short-activating RNA conjugated to a phosphorothioated oligodeoxynucleotide, wherein the short-activating RNA comprises:
- (i) an antisense strand of SEQ ID NO:
- 1 hybridized to a sense strand of SEQ ID NO:
- 2,
- (ii) an antisense strand of SEQ ID NO:109 hybridized to a sense strand of SEQ ID NO:
- 107,
- (iii) an antisense strand of DEQ ID NO:
- 3 hybridized to a sense strand of SEQ ID NO:
- 4, or
- (iv) an antisense strand of SEQ ID NO:5 hybridized to a sense strand of SEQ ID NO:
- 6.
