A method of enhancing an immune response against a carcinoma, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of:
- a COX-2 inhibitor selected from the group consisting of celecoxib, deracoxib, parecoxib, valdecoxib, rofecoxib, lumiracoxib, etoricoxib, and meloxicam;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- and
- Val-boroPro or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
