An acupuncture apparatus for a blind method, comprising a treatment needle kit (1), wherein the treatment needle kit (1) comprises a first needle tube (3) and a first descending control component (6) as well as a first depth adjustment component (5), a first descending component (4) and a treatment needle (7) which are arranged in the first needle tube (3) in sequence from top to bottom;

• wherein the first depth adjustment component (5) is connected with the first descending component (4), a top of the treatment needle (7) is fixedly connected with the first descending component (4), and the first descending component (4) drives the treatment needle (7) to move downwards in the first needle tube (3);
• and the first descending control component (6) is arranged in the first needle tube (3) and located below the first descending component (4), and the first descending control component (6) is configured to adjust a position of the first descending component (4) in the first needle tube (3) so as to control a descending distance of the treatment needle (7);
• and
• both a top and a bottom of the first needle tube (3) are open, a snap-in opening (8) which penetrates through a tube wall is formed in a position, at the first descending component (4), of the first needle tube (3), an outer side wall of the first needle tube (3) is provided with an elastic push part (9) at the snap-in opening (8), an upper end of the elastic push part (9) is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the first needle tube (3), and a first protrusion block (10) matching the snap-in opening (8) is arranged on an inner side of a lower end of the elastic push part (9).
