The present disclosure relates to a wearable throat muscle training apparatus designed as a mechanically actuated device that provides controlled, repeatable resistance to cervical and throat muscles. The apparatus includes a collar body frame positioned around the anterior and lateral neck regions, supporting two symmetrically arranged resistance modules and a pivot-mounted mouthpiece arm assembly. Each resistance module contains a compression spring within a spring chamber, guided by a central rod and adjustable via a preload screw to set initial resistance. The mouthpiece arm is connected through a pivot joint and incorporates a force transmission rod that moves axially. This rod engages both resistance modules simultaneously through a bifurcated structure. When force is applied via the mouthpiece, rotational motion is converted into linear displacement, compressing the springs evenly. Upon release, the springs expand, restoring the system to its original position, enabling consistent, balanced throat muscle training.
