The implantable ocular device includes a delivery body capable of holding and releasing one or more therapeutic agents over time, wherein the one or more therapeutic agents are released from the implantable ocular device for the treatment of a patient having one or more ocular or neurodegenerative medical conditions. The method of corneal treatment includes the steps of: (i) performing a laser surgical procedure on a cornea of an eye of a patient; and (ii) administering a Rock inhibitor with a semifluorinated alkane to the cornea of the eye of the patient after the laser surgical procedure has been performed.
