An apparatus (100), including: a backrest (104); and at least one restriction assembly (200) having: a flexible strap (300) configured to wrap around a subject abutting a front of the backrest; a reel assembly (500) disposed behind the backrest and configured to tighten the flexible strap wrapped around the subject; and an anchor assembly (600) configured to hold the reel assembly apart from the backrest.

- at least one restriction assembly comprising:
- a flexible strap configured to wrap around a subject abutting a front of the backrest;
- a reel assembly disposed behind the backrest and configured to tighten the flexible strap wrapped around the subject;
- and an anchor assembly configured to hold the reel assembly apart from the backrest.
