Abstract
The present disclosure provides an orthopedic fixation fastener for securing a suture, including a fixation fastener body and a fixator. The fixation fastener body includes a central portion, a first fixing portion, and a second fixing portion, which are correspondingly connected to opposite sides of the central portion. Each of the first and second fixing portions includes a suture hole extending through a top surface and a bottom surface, through which the suture passes. The fixator includes a fixing structure detachably connectable to the fixation fastener body, such that when the fixator is engaged, the suture is accommodated and fixed between the fixator and the fixation fastener body without requiring additional knotting for fixation.
