An apparatus, system, and method for dynamically managing UV radiation exposure using multi-objective threshold determination, dual-output dose calculation, and biomarker-calibrated benefit tracking are disclosed. The system includes a wearable UV sensor assembly, a processor, and storage media. A dynamic user model is configured to maintain a continuous fractional photosensitivity score derived from weighted inputs and updateable over time. An effective UV exposure value is processed through a first calculation pathway applying an erythemal action spectrum to produce a burn-prevention output and a second calculation pathway applying a synthesis efficacy curve to produce a Vitamin D synthesis output simultaneously. A multi-objective evaluator module is configured to compare both outputs against exposure-related thresholds including a risk threshold associated with erythemal damage and a synthesis target calibrated based on serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level. A conflict detector module is configured to identify threshold inconsistencies, and an optimization logic module is configured to resolve conflict. The system integrates clinician-prescribed parameters, escalating notifications, activity-adaptive body mapping, angular correction, and longitudinal synthesis tracking.
