A customized wearable saliva biosensor system for continuous, real-time, in-situ monitoring of biochemical markers in human saliva. The system integrates a multi-gate organic electrochemical transistor biosensor employing an organic semiconductor channel with enzyme-functionalized gate electrodes, a compact wireless integrated circuit with Bluetooth data transmission, a power subsystem optionally incorporating piezoelectric and/or triboelectric nanogenerators, and a custom-fitted wearable substrate fabricated from a three-dimensional scan of the user's dental anatomy. The system is positioned within the oral cavity in proximity to the sublingual glands for direct detection of fresh saliva at the point of secretion. A differential measurement architecture comparing an enzyme gate to a control gate provides selective, real-time detection of target biomarkers including glucose, lactate, and uric acid. Measured data is wirelessly transmitted to a companion mobile application for display to the user.
