Abstract
A blending system having a base, a blending container removably coupled to the base, and a blade assembly coupled to the body is disclosed. The blending container includes a body having a first end defining an opening, a second end defining a bottom surface, and an interior wall extending between the first end and the second end. The body further has a rib projecting from the interior wall toward a center of the blending container, a channel defined in the interior wall adjacent the rib, and a ramp extending between the bottom surface and the channel defined in the interior wall. The blade assembly is coupled to the body at a blade height from the bottom surface of the body.
Claims21
A blending container, comprising:
- a body, comprising:
- a first end defining an opening;
- a second end defining a bottom surface;
- an interior wall extending between the first end and the second end;
- a rib projecting toward a center of the blending container, the rib extending a length of the interior wall from the bottom surface toward the first end;
- a channel defined in the interior wall adjacent the rib;
- and
- a ramp extending between the bottom surface and the channel defined by the interior wall;
- and
- a blade assembly coupled to the body and positioned at a blade height from the bottom surface of the body, the ramp shaped to minimize a distance between the body and a surface of the blade assembly facing the bottom surface.
A blending system, comprising:
- a base;
- a blending container removably coupled to the base, the blending container comprising:
- a body, comprising:
- a first end defining an opening;
- a second end defining a bottom surface;
- an interior wall extending between the first end and the second end;
- a rib projecting from the interior wall toward a center of the blending container;
- a channel defined in the interior wall adjacent the rib;
- and
- a ramp extending between the bottom surface and the channel defined in the interior wall;
- and
- a blade assembly coupled to the body at a blade height from the bottom surface of the body.
