Foldable Griddle

A foldable griddle comprising:

• a chassis having first, second, and third chassis portions, the first chassis portion being pivotally attached to the second chassis portion and the third chassis portion being pivotally attached to the second chassis portion, the first and third chassis portions pivotable between open and packed states relative to the second chassis portion;
• a first burner support frame operably pivotally attached to the first chassis portion and operably supported by the second chassis portion for sliding lateral and vertical movement relative to the second chassis portion;
• and
• a second burner support frame operably pivotally attached to the third chassis portion and operably supported by the second chassis portion for sliding lateral and vertical movement relative to the second chassis portion;
• a handle having:
• a gripping portion to be gripped by a user;
• a first handle portion pivotally attached to the first chassis portion and having an elongated channel;
• a second handle portion pivotally attached to the second chassis portion and having an outward extending pin fixed relative to a gripping portion of the handle and insertable and axially slidable within the elongated channel such that the first and second handle portions are movable relative to one another between a flat orientation and an extended orientation while the pin remains within the channel.
