System, method, and apparatus for a beverage producing and dispensing apparatus including automatic scheduling

A brewer comprising:

• a brewing assembly to dispense a brewed beverage into one or more reservoirs;
• circuitry configured to:
• generate, using one or more machine learning models, a hold volume schedule representing a target volume of brewed beverage to maintain in the one or more reservoirs based on historical brew event data for the brewer;
• and
• initiate brewing of the brewed beverage based on the hold volume schedule such that the brewing assembly fills the one or more reservoirs up to a target hold volume of brewed beverage specified in the hold volume schedule.

A compute device comprising:

• circuitry configured to:
• generate, using one or more machine learning models, a simulated hold volume schedule representing a target volume of brewed beverage to maintain in one or more reservoirs of a brewer based on historical brew event data for the brewer;
• and
• predicting, using one or more machine learning models, one or more of beverage waste and/or customer wait time based on the simulated hold volume schedule.

A beverage producing and dispensing system comprising:

• a beverage producing assembly to dispense a produced beverage into one or more reservoirs;
• an intelligent scheduler to generate a hold volume schedule based on historical production event data for the beverage producer, wherein the hold volume schedule is configured to adjust a volume of the produced beverage to be maintained in the one or more reservoirs as a function of time;
• and
• a refill controller to initiate production of the beverage based on the hold volume schedule.
