Abstract
A netting assembly for use in fulfillment centers, warehouses, and distribution centers. The netting assembly includes a web of netting material, an attachment device at a top portion of the netting material for engaging a surface of the warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment center and similar facilities, and an anchoring device at a bottom portion of the netting material for engaging a second surface of the warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment center and similar facilities.
Claims20
A netting assembly for use in a fulfillment center, warehouse or distribution center, the netting assembly comprising:
- a web of netting material;
- at least one attachment device positioned at a top portion of the netting material for engaging a first surface of a support structure;
- and
- at least one anchoring device positioned at a bottom portion of the netting material for engaging a second surface of the support structure.
A netting assembly for use in a facility, the netting assembly comprising:
- a netting material;
- a first plurality of attachment devices attached to a first end of the netting material, wherein each attachment device of the first plurality of attachment devices comprises a body portion attached to the netting material and an attachment component coupled to a first surface of a support structure of the facility;
- and
- a second plurality of attachment devices attached to a second end of the netting material, wherein the second plurality of attachment devices is configured to engage a second surface of the support structure.
A method comprising:
- placing a netting assembly for use in a facility including one of a fulfillment center, warehouse or distribution center along a length, width, or depth of a support structure of the facility, wherein the netting assembly begins and/or terminates along a length, width, or depth of the support structure,
- wherein the netting assembly comprises a web of netting material, a first plurality of attachment devices at a first end of the netting material for engaging a first surface of the support structure, and a second plurality of attachment devices at a second end of the netting material for engaging a second surface of the support structure,
- wherein the method includes engaging the first plurality of attachment devices with a first plurality of fastening components to engage a surface of the support structure and engaging the second plurality of attachment devices with a second plurality of fastening components to engage the second surface of the support structure.
