Abstract
Provided is a sole with a plate, which achieves efficient running. A sole includes an upper midsole portion, a plate provided below the upper midsole portion and formed of a stack of a plurality of sheets made of fiber reinforced resin, and a lower midsole portion provided below the plate. The plate has, in a midfoot region, a first roll-up portion curved or bent upward toward a peripheral edge portion on an inner side in a foot width direction along the foot width direction.
Claims11
A sole comprising:
- an upper midsole portion;
- a plate provided below the upper midsole portion and formed of a stack of a plurality of sheets made of fiber reinforced resin, and
- a lower midsole portion provided below the plate,
- the plate includes
- a first roll-up portion curved or bent upward toward a peripheral edge portion on an inner side in a foot width direction along the foot width direction in a midfoot region, or
- a second roll-up portion curved or bent upward toward a peripheral edge portion on an outer side in the foot width direction along the foot width direction in the midfoot region.
3 more elements
A sole comprising:
- an upper midsole portion;
- a plate provided below the upper midsole portion;
- and
- a lower midsole portion provided below the plate, wherein
- when a rigidity of the plate as resistance against curving deformation along a foot length direction is defined as bending rigidity, the bending rigidity of the plate in a midfoot region is higher than the bending rigidity of the plate in a forefoot region.
