A cap with components for wearing a mask. The cap comprises a cap body, two mounting base plates, and two arch-shaped components. The two mounting base plates may be respectively fixed on the left and right sides of the cap body. Each of the two arch-shaped components has an integral grooved structure, and can be respectively mounted on the related mounting base plate on the right and left sides of the cap body. The left and right arch-shaped components are respectively located behind the ears of the cap wearer. The two ear-loop straps of a mask are placed in the grooved structures of the two arch-shaped components respectively. In that way, the cap eliminates the burden and discomfort brought to the ears when the ear-loop straps of the mask are directly placed on the ears, and the protective effect of the mask is improved.
