Kneeling support system

A framing member support assembly comprising:

• a kneeling support device sized and shaped to be worn on a leg of a user and extending from a knee region of the user to a location above an ankle region of the user;
• and
• a platform assembly for removable placement on a framing member, the platform assembly comprising:
• a platform having an upper support surface configured to support at least a portion of the kneeling support device and the user's weight when in use;
• a saddle positioned below the platform;
• a channel defined by the saddle and configured to receive an upper portion of the framing member;
• a plurality of teeth disposed on opposed inner portions of the channel and configured to removably engage the framing member;
• a plurality of brace ribs extending between the platform and the saddle;
• and
• at least two carry apertures formed in the platform and configured to facilitate manual carrying and repositioning of the platform assembly.

A framing member support kit comprising:

• at least one kneeling support device sized and shaped to be worn on a leg of a user and extending from a knee region of the user to a location above an ankle region of the user;
• a plurality of platform assemblies, each platform assembly comprising:
• a platform;
• a saddle positioned below the platform;
• a channel defined by the saddle and sized and shaped to receive a framing member;
• a plurality of teeth located on an inside of the channel for removably coupling the platform assembly to the framing member;
• a plurality of brace ribs extending between the platform and the saddle;
• and
• at least two carry apertures formed in the platform;
• and
• a platform caddy configured to hold and carry the plurality of platform assemblies together,
• wherein the platform of each platform assembly is configured to support at least a portion of the kneeling support device and the platform assembly is coupled to the framing member.
