Abstract
Methods for forming an oral product include depositing a solution onto or near one or more surfaces of a substrate by a gravure printing process to form one or more layers that define at least a portion of the oral product. The solution includes an active ingredient, a flavorant, or a combination of the active ingredient and the flavorant.

A method for forming an oral product, the method comprising:
- depositing a solution onto or near one or more surfaces of a substrate by a gravure printing process to form one or more layers that define at least a portion of the oral product,
- the solution including an active ingredient, a flavorant, or a combination of the active ingredient and the flavorant.
