Abstract
A feeding system for supplying dough portions, in particular dough for bakery food products, includes a hopper and, below the hopper, there are a first and a second roller in a particular configuration that allows for greater precision in controlling a quantity of the dough dispensed.

A feeding system for supplying dough portions, including dough for food products, said system comprising:
- a hopper comprising an internal space for receiving the dough;
- a sensor for measuring a weight of the dough contained in the hopper;
- and
- a first roller and a second roller, rotatable and opposed, which are arranged below a lower opening of the hopper and define between them a dispensing passage for dispensing the dough contained in the hopper;
- wherein said first roller is positioned so that its rotation axis is arranged vertically at a lower height compared to a rotation axis of said second roller, and wherein said dispensing passage defines a dough dispensing direction inclined with respect to a vertical direction.
