The phospholipid composition comprising a surfactant, according to the present invention, comprises lysophospholipid and a sulfosuccinate-based surfactant, thereby allowing lysophospholipid, which is the active ingredient, to be well dispersed even in an aqueous solution, and the active ingredient does not readily decompose even during long-term storage, and the efficacy thereof can be maintained for a long period of time. Therefore, the phospholipid composition of the present invention can be stored for a long period of time by inhibiting decomposition of lysophospholipid, which is the active ingredient, and thus can be used commercially and more easily than a conventional pesticide composition having a short shelf life.
