Methods and systems for detecting and identifying an animal and associated animal behavior relative to a system of pet health issues

A method for automated animal identification executed by one or more computing devices comprising:

• a) optionally, receiving an incoming identification signal from one or more identification sensors integrated in one or more pet health devices, wherein the identification signal is associated with an identifier worn by or embedded in an animal:
• b) option ying an incoming mass signal from one or more mass sensors integrated or affixed to the one or more pet health devices:
• c) receiving one or more incoming image data signals by a camera in proximity to and/or affixed to one or more pet health devices;
• d) transmitting the one or more incoming image data signals from the camera to one or more processors, and optionally transmitting the incoming identification signal and/or the incoming mass signal to the one or more processors;
• e) converting the one or more incoming image data signals to one or more image data by the one or more processors and storing in one or more storage mediums, and optionally converting the incoming identification signal to an identification data and/or the incoming mass signal to mass data;
• f) executing an animal detection model and analyzing the one or more image data, and optionally the identification data and/or the mass data to determine a presence or an absence of an animal;
• g) optionally, transmitting the presence or the absence as data to one or more other algorithms, applications, processors, databases, or any combination thereof;
• h) executing an animal identification model and analyzing the image data, and optionally the identification data and/or the mass data, to determine an identification of the animal, wherein the identification is of a specific animal associated with an individual digital animal profile;
• i) associating the identification of the animal with other data associated with the animal and a usage of the one or more pet health devices by the animal before transmitting the identification to the one or more storage mediums;
• and
• j) optionally, instructing one or more controllers of one or more pet health devices to execute and/or stop one or more operations of the one or more pet health devices.

A method for automated animal identification executed by one or more computing devices comprising:

• a) receiving an incoming identification signal from one or more identification sensors integrated in a pet health device, wherein the identification signal is associated with an identifier worn by or embedded in an animal, and is generated when the animal comes into a sensing range of the one or more identification sensors;
• b) receiving an incoming mass signal from one or more mass sensors integrated or affixed to the pet health device, wherein the mass signal is either generated or changes when the animal is using the pet health device;
• c) receiving one or more incoming image data signals by a camera affixed to the pet health device;
• d) transmitting the one or more incoming image data signals from the camera, the incoming identification signal from the identification sensor, and the incoming mass signal from the one or more mass sensors to one or more processors;
• e) converting the one or more incoming image data signals to one or more image data, the incoming identification signal to identification data, and the incoming mass signal to mass data by the one or more processors and storing in one or more storage mediums;
• f) executing an animal detection model and analyzing the one or more image data, the identification data, and the mass data to determine a presence the animal at the pet health device;
• g) optionally, transmitting the presence or the absence as data to one or more other algorithms, applications, processors, databases, or any combination thereof;
• h) executing an animal identification model and analyzing the image data, the identification data and the mass data to determine an identification of the animal, wherein the identification is of a specific animal associated with an individual digital animal profile;
• i) associating the identification of the animal with other data associated with the animal and a usage of the pet health device by the animal and storing in the one or more storage mediums;
• and
• j) optionally, instructing one or more controllers of one or more pet health devices to execute and/or stop one or more operations of the one or more pet health devices.
