Abstract
A method of manufacturing a pet toy includes preforming one or more rubber compound sheets, preforming a foam rubber core in a desired shape, enclosing the foam rubber core within the one or more rubber compound sheets so that the foam rubber core forms an inner part and the one or more rubber compound sheets form an outer part, and coating the outer part enclosing the inner part.

A method of manufacturing a pet toy comprising:
- preforming one or more rubber compound sheets;
- preforming a foam rubber core in a desired shape;
- enclosing the foam rubber core within the one or more rubber compound sheets so that the foam rubber core forms an inner part and the one or more rubber compound sheets form an outer part;
- and
- coating the outer part enclosing the inner part.
