A vertical self-watering planter configured for indoor and space-efficient gardening is disclosed. The planter includes a frame supporting two or more removable plant holders arranged in a vertical configuration. Each plant holder is configured to directly receive potting mixture and a plant root system and may include perforations to promote aeration and moisture transfer. A water reservoir associated with the frame stores water and supplies moisture to the plant holders through a wicking fabric that transports water by capillary action without requiring electrical power. The reservoir may be integrally formed with the frame and may include a lid configured to guide water into the reservoir during filling. A water-level indicator may provide visual feedback regarding the water level within the reservoir. The planter may further include mounting features enabling free-standing placement or wall-mounted installation, thereby providing a compact, modular, and low-maintenance solution for plant cultivation.
