A modular, self-sustaining reactor assembly is provided for the simultaneous processing of industrial waste and the harvesting of exothermic energy. The assembly features a reaction core nested within a multi-shell architecture, configured for high-enthalpy mineralization reactions. A radial thermal manifold, characterized by a copper star geometry with flared arms, facilitates the efficient conduction of heat flux from the reaction core to a surrounding thermoelectric generator array. An atmospheric control system utilizes a dual-path nitrogen manifold to provide a first path for steady-state thermal stabilization of the thermoelectric generators and a second, high-pressure path for the scavenging and discharge of mineralized byproducts. The control architecture enables the system to transition from an externally powered startup phase to an energy-autonomous operational mode. The modular design allows for the integration of multiple assemblies into a staggered operational array for continuous, grid-scale power generation.
