Abstract
Embodiments of the disclosure relate to a display device and a method for manufacturing the same. Specifically, there may be provided a display device and a method for manufacturing the same, capable of mitigating light loss by comprising a substrate, an overcoat layer disposed on the substrate, a first electrode disposed on the overcoat layer, a reflective layer disposed on the overcoat layer to be spaced apart from the first electrode, a bank layer disposed on the first electrode and the reflective layer, a light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode, the bank layer, and the reflective layer, and a second electrode disposed on the light emitting layer and contacting an end of the reflective layer.
Claims11
A display device, comprising:
- a substrate;
- a first layer disposed on the substrate;
- a second layer disposed on the first layer;
- a light emitting structure disposed on the second layer and comprising a first electrode, a light emitting layer and a second electrode, the first electrode being transparent electrode, the second electrode being reflective layer,
- wherein the second layer has, from the substrate, a first height and a second height greater than the first height,
- wherein the second layer comprises an inclined portion from a first portion at the first height to a second portion at the second height, and
- wherein the second layer and the light emitting layer contact each other in the inclined portion.
