A display panel, comprising:

• a substrate;
• a light-emitting functional layer disposed on a side of the substrate, the light-emitting functional layer comprising a plurality of light-emitting units;
• a bank structure layer disposed on a side of the light-emitting functional layer away from the substrate, the bank structure layer enclosing to form a plurality of first openings respectively corresponding to the plurality of light-emitting units, the plurality of first openings comprising at least one first-type opening, at least one second-type opening, and at least one third-type opening;
• a color conversion layer disposed on a side of the light-emitting functional layer away from the substrate, the color conversion layer comprising a plurality of color conversion units, the plurality of color conversion units comprising at least one first color conversion unit and at least one second color conversion unit having different colors, the first color conversion unit filling the first-type opening, and the second color conversion unit filling the second-type opening;
• and
• a transparent functional layer disposed on a side of the color conversion layer away from the substrate, the transparent functional layer comprising at least one filling portion and at least one covering portion located on a side of the filling portion away from the substrate, the filling portion filling the third-type opening, the covering portion covering the filling portion and covering at least a part of the first color conversion unit and at least a part of the second color conversion unit, and the covering portion being integrally connected with the filling portion.
