Abstract
An organic light-emitting device and a display apparatus, which belong to the technical field of display. The organic light-emitting device comprises a first electrode layer, a light-emitting functional layer, a second electrode layer and a capping layer, which are stacked in sequence, wherein the capping layer comprises a first capping layer material and a second capping layer material; at the same wavelength, the refractive index of the first capping layer material is greater than that of the second capping layer material; and the maximum absorption peak of the first capping layer material is located between a 360 nm waveband and a 400 nm waveband.
Claims20
An organic light-emitting device, comprising a first electrode layer, a light-emitting functional layer, a second electrode layer and a capping layer sequentially stacked, wherein the capping layer includes a first capping layer material and a second capping layer material;
- wherein, at the same wavelength, the refractive index of the first capping layer material is greater than the refractive index of the second capping layer material;
- the maximum absorption peak position of the first capping layer material is located between 360 nm and 400 nm.
A display apparatus, comprising the organic light-emitting device;
- wherein the organic light-emitting device comprises a first electrode layer, a light-emitting functional layer, a second electrode layer and a capping layer sequentially stacked, wherein the capping layer includes a first capping layer material and a second capping layer material;
- wherein, at the same wavelength, the refractive index of the first capping layer material is greater than the refractive index of the second capping layer material;
- the maximum absorption peak position of the first capping layer material is located between 360 nm and 400 nm.
