Abstract
A neural signal amplification device includes a substrate having an organic field-effect transistor (OFET) disposed on the substrate, the OFET having a gate arranged to receive neural signals and a gate dielectric layer disposed between the gate and a semiconductor layer, wherein the OFET is arranged to amplify the neural signals received at the gate, wherein the substrate includes a flexible polymeric material arranged to conform to a surface of a subject's brain.

A neural signal amplification device comprising:
- a substrate having an organic field-effect transistor (OFET) disposed on the substrate, the OFET having a gate arranged to receive neural signals and a gate dielectric layer disposed between the gate and a semiconductor layer, wherein the OFET is arranged to amplify the neural signals received at the gate.
