• a first drive unit that is controlled by the first control unit, and
• another electronic apparatus includes
• a second control unit that includes a second circuit substrate, a third component having a same function as the first component and disposed on the second circuit substrate, and a fourth component having a same function as the second component and disposed on the second circuit substrate, and has a same function as the first control unit, and
• a second drive unit that is controlled by the second control unit and has a same function as the first drive unit, the method comprising:
• if the third component is determined not to need to be replaced, by using a first criterion based on an energization time for the other electronic apparatus, and
• the fourth component is determined not to need to be replaced, by using a second criterion based on a driving time of the second drive unit,
• manufacturing the electronic apparatus in which a quality assurance period of the electronic apparatus is set to be shorter than a quality assurance period of the other electronic apparatus, by using the second control unit included in the other electronic apparatus as the first control unit;
• and
• if the third component is determined to need to be replaced, by using the first criterion, and
• the fourth component is determined not to need to be replaced, by using the second criterion,
• manufacturing the electronic apparatus in which the quality assurance period of the electronic apparatus is set to be shorter than the quality assurance period of the other electronic apparatus, by newly disposing the first component on the second circuit substrate after the third component is removed from the second circuit substrate, using the fourth component included in the second circuit substrate as the second component, and using, as the first control unit, the second control unit after the first component is disposed.

A method for manufacturing an electronic apparatus, wherein

• the electronic apparatus includes
• a first control unit including a first circuit substrate, a first component disposed on the first circuit substrate, and a second component disposed on the first circuit substrate, and
• a first drive unit that is controlled by the first control unit, and
• another electronic apparatus includes
• a second control unit that includes a second circuit substrate, a third component having a same function as the first component and disposed on the second circuit substrate, and a fourth component having a same function as the second component and disposed on the second circuit substrate, and has a same function as the first control unit, and
• a second drive unit that is controlled by the second control unit and has a same function as the first drive unit, the method comprising:
• if the third component is determined not to need to be replaced, by using a first criterion based on an energization time for the other electronic apparatus, and
• the fourth component is determined not to need to be replaced, by using a second criterion based on a driving time of the second drive unit,
• manufacturing the electronic apparatus in which a quality assurance period of the electronic apparatus is set to be shorter than a quality assurance period of the other electronic apparatus, by using the second control unit included in the other electronic apparatus as the first control unit;
• and
• if the third component is determined not to need to be replaced, by using the first criterion, and
• the fourth component is determined to need to be replaced, by using the second criterion,
• manufacturing the electronic apparatus in which the quality assurance period of the electronic apparatus is set to be shorter than the quality assurance period of the other electronic apparatus, by newly disposing the second component on the second circuit substrate after the fourth component is removed from the second circuit substrate, using the third component included in the second circuit substrate as the first component, and using, as the first control unit, the second control unit after the second component is disposed.

A manufacturing management system for an electronic apparatus, wherein

• the electronic apparatus includes
• a first control unit including a first circuit substrate, a first component disposed on the first circuit substrate, and a second component disposed on the first circuit substrate, and
• a first drive unit that is controlled by the first control unit, and
• another electronic apparatus includes
• a second control unit that includes a second circuit substrate, a third component having a same function as the first component and disposed on the second circuit substrate, and a fourth component having a same function as the second component and disposed on the second circuit substrate, and has a same function as the first control unit, and
• a second drive unit that is controlled by the second control unit and has a same function as the first drive unit, the manufacturing management system comprising:
• an acquiring section that acquires, from the other electronic apparatus, first information indicating an energization time for the other electronic apparatus and second information indicating a driving time of the second drive unit;
• a first determining section that
• determines necessity of replacement of the third component by using a first criterion based on the energization time for the other electronic apparatus and the first information, and
• determines necessity of replacement of the fourth component by using a second criterion based on the driving time of the second drive unit and the second information;
• and
• a second determining section that
• determines to manufacture the electronic apparatus in which a quality assurance period of the electronic apparatus is set to be shorter than a quality assurance period of the other electronic apparatus, by using the second control unit included in the other electronic apparatus as the first control unit, if the first determining section determines that the third component does not need to be replaced and that the fourth component does not need to be replaced,
• determines to manufacture the electronic apparatus without using the second control unit included in the other electronic apparatus, if the first determining section determines that the third component needs to be replaced and that the fourth component does not need to be replaced, and
• determines to manufacture the electronic apparatus without using the second control unit included in the other electronic apparatus, if the first determining section determines that the third component does not need to be replaced and that the fourth component needs to be replaced.

A manufacturing management system for an electronic apparatus, wherein

• the electronic apparatus includes
• a first control unit including a first circuit substrate, a first component disposed on the first circuit substrate, and a second component disposed on the first circuit substrate, and
• a first drive unit that is controlled by the first control unit, and
• another electronic apparatus includes
• a second control unit that includes a second circuit substrate, a third component having a same function as the first component and disposed on the second circuit substrate, and a fourth component having a same function as the second component and disposed on the second circuit substrate, and has a same function as the first control unit, and
• a second drive unit that is controlled by the second control unit and has a same function as the first drive unit, the manufacturing management system comprising:
• an acquiring section that acquires, from the other electronic apparatus, first information indicating an energization time for the other electronic apparatus, and second information indicating a driving time of the second drive unit;
• a first determining section that
• determines necessity of replacement of the third component by using a first criterion based on the energization time for the other electronic apparatus and the first information, and
• determines necessity of replacement of the fourth component by using a second criterion based on the driving time of the second drive unit and the second information;
• and
• a second determining section that
• determines to manufacture the electronic apparatus in which a quality assurance period of the electronic apparatus is set to be shorter than a quality assurance period of the other electronic apparatus, by using the second control unit included in the other electronic apparatus as the first control unit, if the first determining section determines that the third component does not need to be replaced and that the fourth component does not need to be replaced, and
• determines to manufacture the electronic apparatus in which the quality assurance period of the electronic apparatus is set to be shorter than the quality assurance period of the other electronic apparatus, by newly disposing the first component on the second circuit substrate after the third component is removed from the second circuit substrate, using the fourth component included in the second circuit substrate as the second component, and using, as the first control unit, the second control unit after the first component is disposed, if the first determining section determines that the third component needs to be replaced and that the fourth component does not need to be replaced.

A manufacturing management system for an electronic apparatus, wherein

• the electronic apparatus includes
• a first control unit including a first circuit substrate, a first component disposed on the first circuit substrate, and a second component disposed on the first circuit substrate, and
• a first drive unit that is controlled by the first control unit, and
• another electronic apparatus includes
• a second control unit that includes a second circuit substrate, a third component having a same function as the first component and disposed on the second circuit substrate, and a fourth component having a same function as the second component and disposed on the second circuit substrate, and has a same function as the first control unit, and
• a second drive unit that is controlled by the second control unit and has a same function as the first drive unit, the manufacturing management system comprising:
• an acquiring section that acquires, from the other electronic apparatus, first information indicating an energization time for the other electronic apparatus and second information indicating a driving time of the second drive unit;
• a first determining section that
• determines necessity of replacement of the third component by using a first criterion based on the energization time for the other electronic apparatus and the first information, and
• determines necessity of replacement of the fourth component by using a second criterion based on the driving time of the second drive unit and the second information;
• and
• a second determining section that
• determines to manufacture the electronic apparatus in which a quality assurance period of the electronic apparatus is set to be shorter than a quality assurance period of the other electronic apparatus, by using the second control unit included in the other electronic apparatus as the first control unit, if the first determining section determines that the third component does not need to be replaced and that the fourth component does not need to be replaced, and
• determines to manufacture the electronic apparatus in which the quality assurance period of the electronic apparatus is set to be shorter than the quality assurance period of the other electronic apparatus, by newly disposing the second component on the second circuit substrate after the fourth component is removed from the second circuit substrate, using the third component included in the second circuit substrate as the first component, and using, as the first control unit, the second control unit after the second component is disposed.
