Abstract

A wiring circuit board includes a frame, a mounting portion, and a joint. The mounting portion is surrounded by the frame and is spaced apart from the frame. The joint connects the frame to the mounting portion. Each of the frame and the mounting portion includes a base insulating layer, a wiring layer, and a cover insulating layer, and may include a metal supporting layer. The base insulating layer is disposed on one surface of the metal supporting layer in a thickness direction. The wiring layer is disposed on one surface of the base insulating layer in the thickness direction. The cover insulating layer is disposed on one surface of the base insulating layer in the thickness direction and covers a portion of the wiring layer. The joint does not include the metal supporting layer. The joint includes the base insulating layer, the wiring layer, and the cover insulating layer.
