Abstract
This application relates to the field of communication technologies, and provides example communication methods and apparatuses. In one example method, a management service consumer may send, to a first management service provider entity, a first message for requesting to ensure, based on a network performance requirement, communication service quality during movement along a first route within a first duration. The first management service provider entity may reserve, based on the first message, a network resource corresponding to the first route within the first duration, so that the terminal can use the network resource when moving along the first route within the first duration.
Claims20
A communication method, wherein the method comprises:
- receiving, by a first management service provider entity, a first message from a management service consumer, wherein the first message is for requesting to ensure, based on a network performance requirement, communication service quality during movement along a first route within a first duration;
- obtaining, by the first management service provider entity, a network resource reservation policy based on the first message, wherein the network resource reservation policy indicates a configuration mode of a network resource that is reserved, and the network resource configured in the configuration mode is capable of ensuring the communication service quality during the movement along the first route within the first duration;
- and
- triggering, by the first management service provider entity, network resource configuration based on the network resource reservation policy.
A communication apparatus, wherein the communication apparatus comprises at least one processor and a memory, wherein the memory is configured to store computer instructions;
- and when the at least one processor executes the instructions, the communication apparatus is caused to perform operations comprising:
- receiving a first message from a management service consumer, wherein the first message is for requesting to ensure, based on a network performance requirement, communication service quality during movement along a first route within a first duration;
- obtaining a network resource reservation policy based on the first message, wherein the network resource reservation policy indicates a configuration mode of a network resource that is reserved, and the network resource configured in the configuration mode is capable of ensuring the communication service quality during the movement along the first route within the first duration;
- and
- triggering network resource configuration based on the network resource reservation policy.
A communication system, comprising:
- a management service consumer configured to send a first message, wherein the first message is for requesting to ensure, based on a network performance requirement, communication service quality during movement along a first route within a first duration;
- and
- a first management service provider entity configured to:
- receive the first message;
- obtain a network resource reservation policy based on the first message, wherein the network resource reservation policy indicates a configuration mode of a network resource that is reserved, and the network resource configured in the configuration mode is capable of ensuring the communication service quality during the movement along the first route within the first duration;
- and
- trigger network resource configuration based on the network resource reservation policy.
