Method and apparatus for transmitting/receiving signals in wireless communication system

A device comprising:

• a memory configured to store instructions;
• and
• a processor configured to perform operations by executing the instructions,
• wherein the operations of the processor comprise:
• receiving configured grant (CG) configuration information for CG-based uplink transmission;
• determining a number of codewords (CWs) of a CG physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) to be transmitted based on the CG configuration information;
• generating CG uplink control information (UCI) based on the determined number of CWs;
• and
• transmitting the CG UCI through the CG PUSCH including one or more CWs, and
• wherein the CG UCI includes information regarding the number of CWs determined by the UE.

A method performed by a base station (BS), the method comprising:

• transmitting configured grant (CG) configuration information for CG-based uplink reception to a user equipment (UE);
• receiving a CG physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) including one or more codewords (CWs) from the UE based on the CG configuration information;
• and
• acquiring CG uplink control information (UCI) based on the one or more CWs,
• wherein the CG UCI includes information regarding a number of the one or more CWs determined by the UE, and
• wherein the BS determines a configuration of the CG UCI based on the information regarding the number of the one or more CWs.
