• transmitting the GNSS assist information to the LPWA communication terminal within an area using LPWA communication.

• to perform a process of:
• generating GNSS assist information that is used in an LPWA communication terminal to receive a satellite signal and that includes information according to a situation of the LPWA communication terminal;
• and
• transmitting the GNSS assist information to the LPWA communication terminal within an area using LPWA communication.

A communication method performed by an LPWA communication terminal,

• the communication method comprising:
• receiving GNSS assist information generated in an LPWA base station in such a way as to include information according to a situation of the LPWA communication terminal and transmitted by the LPWA base station using LPWA communication;
• and
• receiving a satellite signal on a basis of information included in the GNSS assist information.

A program causing a computer

• to perform a process of:
• receiving GNSS assist information generated in an LPWA base station in such a way as to include information according to a situation of an LPWA communication terminal and transmitted by the LPWA base station using LPWA communication;
• and
• receiving a satellite signal on a basis of information included in the GNSS assist information.

An LPWA communication terminal comprising:

• a generation unit that generates GNSS assist information used to receive a satellite signal and including information according to a situation of the LPWA communication terminal;
• a GNSS reception unit that receives a satellite signal on a basis of information included in the GNSS assist information;
• and
• an LPWA communication unit that performs LPWA communication with an LPWA base station.
